I lost a loved one and had an old scratched-up photo from 20 years ago and wanted it for his memorial. They were very compassionate, caring, and patient with me. Answering all my questions and reassuring me they could get it done quickly. The photo came out amazing!!! They restored it to a better condition than it was in the first place by using Photoshop to get rid of some unattractive backgrounds and flaws in the people in the picture!!!
