How we keep this site honest

Our editorial policy

Families trust us with photos that cannot be replaced, so this website holds itself to the same standard as our restoration work: nothing invented, nothing exaggerated, nothing we cannot stand behind.

Every before-and-after photo is real

Each restoration shown on this site is an actual customer photo, restored by our artists and shared with the customer's permission. We do not use stock photos, mockups, or AI-generated examples to demonstrate our work — the gallery is the work.

Reviews are shown word for word

Written reviews come verbatim from our Reviews.io page, a third-party platform we cannot edit, and refresh automatically with every site update. We do not write, trim, or reword them. Video reviews are real customers who chose to record one.

Statistics come from our own records

When a number appears on this site — how many photos show water damage, what share of restorations are colorized — it is computed directly from our own categorized restoration archive at the moment the site is built, so the copy can never drift from the data. We publish the methodology alongside the numbers.

Claims about other services come from their own pages

Where we compare ourselves to other options, any factual statement about another company is drawn from that company's own published pages at the time of writing, and our build tooling blocks unsourced claims from shipping. Where we can't verify something, we say so or say nothing.

We name our limits

Restoration recovers what is genuinely in your photo. Where detail is truly gone — a face that isn't there — we tell you honestly rather than invent it, on the phone and on these pages alike. If we can't restore a photo, you don't pay.

Corrections

Spot something on this site that looks wrong, outdated, or overstated? Tell us and a real person will look into it: support@memorycherish.com, or +1 (307) 218-6920 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Central). We would rather fix a page than defend it.
