My mother passed away in 1970 when I was 13. She had 4 boys from 15 to 7 years old. When my dad remarried a few years later he unfortunately threw away all traces of her as a way to make my new mother feel ownership. Old school thinking, but hey. So I have only 3 poor-quality photos of my mom and faint memories. A friend found an obituary photo on the hometown newspaper archive site. It was a poor newsprint copy. I took a gamble and sent it to MemoryCherish. When I viewed their amazing results I literally cried. I have stared at this resulting image for 2 days and feel like I am meeting my mother for the first time as a man. It is STUNNING!!!
